This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms that apply when customers choose to discontinue their participation in our gold savings or investment plans, and how payment-related issues are handled.
By enrolling in our plans or making payments through our apps, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Discontinuation of Chit and other Savings Schemes.
If you choose to discontinue your participation in a Chit and other Savings plans, all the benefits for the schemes you joined will be stopped and revoked. Only the total amount you have paid will be considered for the closure of your schemes and for any purchases you make. Gold/Silver Weight accumulated will not be considered for any accountability.
2. Payment Issues and Resolution
If there are any payment failures, such as failed transactions through the payment gateway, the resolution will follow the policies of the respective service provider.
• Resolution time may take a minimum of 3 business days.
• SMS Thangamaligai will assist in coordination, but the final resolution depends on the payment service provider’s procedures.

SMS Thangamaligai reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or the app and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
